Sensational Smoothies

I decided to go into the whole smoothie thing to get my children to enjoy fruits and add fiber to their diet without having to convince them to eat "boring" foods. I have to say, not only can't they stop drinking the delicious recipes, me and my husband also got into the whole smoothie craze. It feels like it was our children who made us drink something and not the other way around.

The recipes are simple and easy to replicate. Ingredients are very cheap and are abundant. Everyday fruits like bananas, apples, etc., are used in an endless number of ways. Obviously, the recipes are all-natural. You can even skip the sugar—by the way, the book also tells you how to get that sweet taste naturally—altogether. This book is such a joy and a blessing. Would recommend this to anyone 10 times over.

I just purchased Cake Decoration Secrets and skimmed through the first few chapters. The book looks promising and the lessons are fresh. Very much excited to try my first masterpiece. I also recommend Cake Making Course and Fun Cake Decorating Ideas as a supplement to this book for all that are really keen on doing cakes. I really want to master this craft because I planning to put up a business soon. Getting bored with the whole housewife thing and since my children are a little older, I have more time to pursue this lost passion. Very, very much excited.

Bacterial Vaginosis Gone Forever

The guarantee gives you three weeks which is very much adequate because I noticed improvements in about two and a half weeks. The medications are all herbal which is a plus for me, since I cringe at anything chemical. BV is indeed a very sensitive subject which is why having a very discreet product such as this which you can access via download is a godsend. With that said, I guess there are really no real alternatives yet for a BV-related digital book, so this is the only choice you have. But, to say the least, the plan does work, which is what's important.

I know for one that this is a popular online program for tiredness as it pops up every time I do a search for information. My problem is that I am a working student and I need to be up for 18 hours a day. To some, my case may be over the top but I can't do anything about it at this moment so I really need an edge. I've tried everything from energy drinks to caffeine overload but I always end up feeling even more wasted once the boost goes down. How to Lose 10 Pounds in Seven Days Flat

It's weird how some people only want to lose just 10 pounds, but I am guilty as being one of them. I was perfectly content with my body—yes, I am on the heavy side—but I engaged in an online weight loss challenge with a price that was, to say the least, very hard to find. Hi, my name is Agata and I bought Steph Rice's program a couple of months back. As of today I have lost a total of 31 pounds and my belly is down to what it was when I was still in college—26 inches. I'm a medium-sized woman and after giving birth to our first angel (and two more after), I could not care less about my personal image. I have always been blessed with good genes, and, not to brag but when I was younger I was always the one who ate the most in our group, and I never got fat. Ballet Bible

My name is Martha and for this review I will be speaking in behalf of my 8-year-old ballerina and the experiences we had since purchasing the Anita Leembruggen's Ballet Bible.

First off, we were lucky enough to get the packaged version—the one for $47. We heard Anita started peddling these products one by one. Anyway, to say the least, we were surprised with what's included in the $47 package. Videos, audio recordings, definition of terms, books etc. I honestly think Anita can charge $470 for this, if not more. I'm not trying to sell you anything, but our experience has been a positive one.

If you are a parent of child interested in ballet, I highly recommend this product to you. I guess it would also be safe to assume that most of those who end up buying these are parents as well. Either way, beginner or not, I think the information is precious. The text and her method of teaching is simple as well. Not once did I have a hard time translating something to my daughter, even if I know nothing about ballet. Kudos to Anita for such an excellent product and an honest rating of this one for me is 9.8 out of 10.

Make Women Laugh

I am not a player nor do I plan to be one. In fact, I am a happily married guy with two beautiful children. I decided to spend one night to research on subconscious communication and I landed on Martin Merrill's site. To say the least, I was very, very intrigued. I succumbed to the temptation and purchased the book. I figured, what harm can it do? To say the least, I am very much impressed (and entertained) with the concepts and how deeply he analyzed the smallest of details that would make women laugh and open up to you. I had wanted to experiment some on my wife—just for the heck of it—but I became so excited that I showed her the site before I even decided to purchase; she was very intrigued as well.

As for an honest review, I think a lot of people will enjoy reading this one. I can't say for sure if it works, but there are some very interesting "tactics" in in that are worth giving a shot just for the heck of it. After all, no is going to get hurt at this level. If in case any of you wind up getting a lot of women, do me a favor and give them the respect that they deserve.

Cure Gout Now

I too am a victim of gout—5 times over. The description says it best, once you've had gout, chances are, you'll have it again. My first experience was very painful, however, succeeding episodes were, I guess, less painful (most probably because I knew what to expect). What this page does not tell you is that author Lisa has a very supportive gout community in the form of a mailing list. I bought her book some 2 years ago and to this day she does not seize to update us, or "look after" us, with new information and products. I feel blessed to be part of the community as it has been my constant reminder that another gout attack can happen very soon.

I know of at least 10 people (whom I've met on the internet) who bought Lisa's books. All of us are, to say the least, satisfied with what we've spent. The writing is very straightforward and couldn't get easier to understand. As a consumer, I want my reading materials to be as simple as possible, while being as informative as possible. The digital book revolution made it easy for people like me to read reports in a list-style (enumerated) manner and none of those novel-like paragraphs that take hundreds of words just to explain something that is not complicated to begin with. And, because gout is related to medicine (and most of us are probably not doctors), making it as simple as possible helps. Kudos to Lisa and for providing us with products that are such. I know she earns from doing this but it is a service worth paying for.

Pit Bulls Revealed

I have owned nothing but pits since my father decided to one day bring an orphaned one from the pound. That was almost 25 years ago and I have owned a couple more since then. Pits will protect your with their lives—that is a simple fact. In exchange for this loyalty, it only makes sense to give them the best that you can give, in their relatively short life span. Know the dog very well and their behavior. Pits are very easy to understand once you know what ticks them off and what makes them content. A guide like this is essential for anyone who is still learning about the breed. I have to say, most of the information in this book are factual. In my years of experience, I've come to realize the truths here and then some. The part about leg humping, I must admit I did not know, but I enjoyed it very well. I purchased Training Secrets before this, and I wish I just saw this first because it comes free with this package already. That alone is a good read and money well spent.

I guess to sum up, this guide is a must for those who are still learning about the breed.

8-ball Winning Strategies

I am one of the first to be given a review copy by Ted so I didn't actually purchase the book. Ted needed the opinion of real pool players so being in his circle, I got a copy in my inbox one day. The text is well written and neat. I'm a bit obsessive when it comes to reading books and I like spaces and proper alignments. All of these make for a "good read" anyway. The lessons are good and work in real-life games. You'd have to have played a ton of tournaments or pick-up games to know that Ted writes from experience. With much experience you learn to formulate your own strategies from learning by losing. Ted's style cannot be read in other books as it is his own. If you want a fresh perspective on the game of eight-ball, you can use the tips here, try and apply them, and eventually form your own style of play.

8-ball Secrets

8-ball Secrets combines what most available books out there teach. I don't mind if the text was re-written and compiled (I'm not saying it is), but if I were to spend on something, I'd buy whichever is most complete. And, I think this is the one. I skim through pool instructional books whenever I'm in a bookstore and am always surprised how thin most are. However, if you want something written by a known name—say, the late Steve Mizerak—you'd probably be better off buying a real book.

I am not bothered by this being written by a virtually unknown author, as I have been playing pool for over 30 years now and know that in every corner of the world there is an unknown local hero who can kick your butt on the table at any given day.

Real Brazilian Portuguese

I don't even remember how I arrived at the sales page as I was not searching for something like it, but I needed one at that time. The description is right, there is no other product even remotely close to this. Portuguese-learning, there are plenty out there. But in Brazil, Portuguese is very modified and "different." I learned this the hard way as I consider myself at least "learned" in Portuguese. Boy was I proven wrong when I went to Brazil.

I have not gone back to Brazil since buying this book but I read it often. I practice almost daily because I fell in love with Brazil. I plan on retiring there in 5 years time. Still long, but I will visit again within this year. Then only can I test what I have learned so far. Anyway, the book is not really expensive so there's good value here even if it was only half as good.

Speak Easy Thai

Let me save you all some time and say that this program, or "system," is packed. There are Thai-learning books out there that cost more than this and those are just paperbacks. Not to take away from books but learning a language is hard if you're only "reading" the local words. Actually hearing how some are pronounced, and mimicking them, is the best way to be understood by a local. And believe me, their sounds are really weird for an English-speaking fellow.

The images help as well. It gives that almost language-for-dummies experience. But, we are all beginners here so we take what you can get. Also, you won't get outdated with new versions or revisions as joining this program entitles you to automatic lifetime updates. Look no further, this is one of the best out there.

Decoding the Bass Guitar

Having one of these in video format is a refreshing change. If you plan on buying this, read the entire site completely. This is not your regular bass exercise and bass riffs video. This is a deeper understanding of theory, playing mindset and the bass guitar in an upfront video conversation. What you will find here is they type that can be read. So, think of this as a theory book for those lazy to read.

The contents are good and semi-advanced. Most of what he teaches are not unique and not common knowledge. Most of the basic common sense theory make sense and at the same time surprising. The bonuses are nice but the jam track is nothing special.

Overall I would have to say 8 out of 10 for the value of this product.

Guitar Scale Mastery

How I wish there is a product like this out there that is written by someone known and respected in the guitar-soloing world—anyone from the G3, perhaps? Digital downloads and "memberships" are the wave of the future and there's nothing better than having access to your purchase right after you click the buy button.

With that said, GSM is a no-frills product that is rich with theory and technique, which, as the description says is better suited for "established" lead guitarists. The course starts with the mastery of single-string scales which expands to three strings and until finally, the whole fretboard. The aim is to be able help you memorize by heart strict scale patterns so that you'll be able to play them "without thinking" so all that's left is phrasing and feeling. Once the scale patterns become second nature to you, Craig moves up to visualizing and ear-training solos that you hear even if you are without a guitar. All in all, you master the scales and hone you perfect-pitch senses.

I am still training though but I can feel the difference. I'm not trying to sell you the product—why would I—but the techniques are very good and you should see some improvement within at least three weeks. Of course, as with everything, practice makes perfect.

Copycat Cookbook

The current deal is excellent. With my purchase, I now have around 2,000+ recipes in hand all from Divine Recipes. Copy cat #1 has 300+ and #2 has 400+. I have only tried a handful of signature recipes and I think they range from somewhat close to really close (from the original). With each recipe you will know exactly what they are trying to copy. Most of the very simple dishes, like those that are just fried or need little to no preparation, are exact replicas. In some cases, I feel the major differences are that these major restaurants source their meats from exclusive suppliers so you can't do anything about those.

Either way, me and my husband, we get all excited when we try something new from the recipe book, and always can't wait for the outcome. Even if it doesn't come close, they still end up as a treat.

I have encountered Jason before from his Minimalist Training program and in there I like his simplistic way of presenting lessons and systems. This recipe guide is different because it is just that—a recipe book. However, that is also the simple beauty of it. The book does not have any fancy, overdone writing and each meal is presented in the most straightforward manner.

Really, there are no secrets or hidden agendas here. There are no scams to worry about as everything you need to expect is written clearly in the sales page. The product is a 134-page vegetable and fruit recipe book worth next to nothing. At $19 you get a digital book that you can bring and store anywhere (cloud computing), which you can then freely access wherever you are. Simple as that. Very convenient product.

Elite Soccer Power

I am the parent of a twelve-year-old female soccer player. Soccer runs in the family and, to tell you the truth, because of me and my husband's passion (we were both varsity players in our time), we started our daughter young. Good thing is she learned to love the game herself (with a simple push here and there). Now, she is the top scorer in her team and currently holds the most goals in a season for her school's female soccer history.

Mike's book is not the first course we've tried. We always check out what's out there and whether there are new scientific training methods that we can study. With each course that we buy, me and my husband have long talks on whether we let our precious daughter go through it. This was one of them. Upon careful review, we decided that the system can be light enough that our daughter does not get burned out and tired, or worse, lose interest in the game.

The improvements we noticed were mostly related to stamina and strength. Honestly, she can play in the bigger leagues with her current skill level. She also enjoys our personal family training time—we join her on the exercises and have a sort of family bonding. I would like to thank Mike for writing this course for children. If you have dreams for your child, I suggest you start them early and get all the help you can get. This is definitely recommended.

The Ultimate Guide to Soccer Positions

The text is presented very well. Each position is tackled with great deal and I learned a lot finding out the responsibilities each position has. I am a midfielder by choice but soon found out that I am a more natural forward. I suggested the change to my coach soon enough I was playing more quality minutes for the team. My coach has heard of Mirsad but he does not know him personally.

Don't get me wrong, I am only a high school varsity player but I love football. The real-game situations discussed are very mature and can even be used by seasoned (older) professionals. I love football with all my heart and I want to make it as a professional someday. I am not internet savvy nor do I make money at this point so I even had to convince the old man for his "plastic" just to purchase this book. Good if it were free but I think it's worth it.

The Complete Battery Reconditioning Report

The Complete Battery Reconditioning Report is well-written and well-researched, but there is no personal touch that will make you think the author is a true battery buff. It seems like someone paid someone a ton of money to research and write a "book." I have bought other digital books in the past and this in an underlying theme. I found out that book-writing is an internet business model, and marketers will do just about anything to tap a hidden niche.

With that said, there are still a number of products that are of quality and have useful information. This being one, is a very basic starter guide for basic reconditioning. Nothing in here is false or wrong, but nothing that you would not find elsewhere as well. However, it is quite handy to have compiled resource on the subject matter—think of all your internet bookmarks in one document.

The "author" was careful enough to avoid writing unproven techniques in reconditioning. By that, this book will get old easily but I think they update it every so often. The bonuses were a welcome, and I spent more time reading them as they were a lot. Anyway, if I were to give this a rating I would say around 7.6 out of 10.

Master Your Mind, Design Your Destiny

The product description above already sounds like a sales pitch so I was very, very skeptical. Really, who is Adam Khoo? That is the first question any potential buyer should ask. The photos on the on the Success With NLP site seem legit, but I also thought they can be manipulated ("Photoshopped"). I searched for more information until I landed on his Wikipedia entry. The guy is real, at least.

Khoo is in the business of making money from money-making books. He is also in real estate and, as far as I know, run (or is a major stockholder in) a number of private companies. By the time I was done researching, I thought, "this guy might be the Kiyosaki of Asia."

Truth is, there are a bunch of obscure millionaires the world over. Now, be it that he is already successful, what this book offers is a peak in how his mind (and mindset) works. This book will not tell you what to sell, but rather how to choose what to sell and when you are ready to sell. It's all very philosophical to my taste as I am one who likes straight-to-the-point stuff. Anyway, if you are weary of this being a scam, take note that Mr. Khoo makes money (a ton of it) from buyers. It's a known way of making (more) money. The approach is very zen-like and I have read a lot of those in my time. However, the product is indeed cheap—you'll be surprised at how similar products cost. Forget about looking for free downloads of this, spare yourself the time. I suggest this book as a first step in being rich—granted that you not know anything yet (what business, what to sell), you just know that you want to be rich.

The Power of Conversational Hypnosis

Expensive. The product description got it right. Which is why for so long now I have been looking for a free download of this (illegal?), but to no avail. A couple of weeks ago I succumbed to the $197 price tag. But, this review is with regards to if you get your money's worth with the price. The methods and if they indeed work, it would be too early to tell on my part. I have to admit, most of the stuff in the system is all new to me. I need practice and time to even be able to "hypnotize."

Now, about the package. In a scale of 1 to 10 (10 expensive), this would have to be in the 7.5 to 8 area. I am not rich in anyway, nor do I have money to spare. If you are living the dream, by all means buy this. If you are like me who just so happens to be really interested in the subject, you might, at times feel that you were robbed.

Why? Because the methods are available in other books. I have not checked that much on other available materials but I was told that there are a number of authors who did what Igor did. I can't say for sure if theirs is better but the good thing is that at least they included some audio material. This is a welcome bonus for those like me who are not regular readers. Anyway, I apologize if this review isn't really much. Maybe in a couple of months time I will post an update regarding my hopefully-found hypnotizing skills. Best of luck.

Your Bill Killer

Do I hear ClickBank? Without giving too much away, this I will tell you. This is a known way to make money online. Of course, I am only talking about the basic premise of the concept, but there are and endless number of ways to pull this off. For example, being an athlete is a profession and you make money, but it can mean you are a basketball player, a baseball player, a professional bowler, etc. Which ever one makes the most money relies on a number of factors. This is how making money online works.

This book makes it look simple and easy but it really isn't. Why it isn't is that people always try to reinvent the wheel. If you are presented with a system—complete with proof—that works. Stick to it. If you stick with what "Mr. Evans" teaches, surely you will succeed. Only have the guts to modify his methods a bit once you start seeing some green. Anyway, good luck, and, if you really know nothing about websites and internet marketing, yes, I can suggest this book.

Secrets of Skateboarding

First of all, who is this Tony Waters dude? Or is that just a play on Tony Hawk? It is not my intention to rant or bash this "book" but it sounds like its history has been made up. I have long been looking for a free download of this but to no avail. However, I will still give this product a fair review.

Even with its shady history and background, the ebook is still filled with real tricks and real tips to complete such tricks. There are no new tricks here, as any skateboarder will tell you, every trick in the skateboarding world has been accounted for and unofficially cataloged.

So, to me, its seems that the creators of this book got a hold of every skateboarding material they could (and maybe even interviewed a bunch of skaters) and compiled to form a legit product.

So to me, except of course for the slight bashing at first, this book is not a total scam. There are stuff you can learn from here—good tips and tricks, and nearly every trick "in the book."

Vertical Jump Development Bible

I have long searched for a free download of this ebook but to no avail. Finally, I succumbed to the $39 price tag. Was I scammed out of my hard-earned money?

First, the program is quite thick—148 pages to be exact—so it's not one of these Microsoft Word-compiled files. It "can be" a real book if you print it out. There is a significant amount of pages wasted on non-related stuff like body fat which takes away from the actual exercises. However, majority of the text still focuses on semi-unique exercises which are mostly modified versions of popular jump-enhancing drills.

I am around 60/40 with this purchase, 60% favored. I am not about to ask for a refund as I am not that cheap. To say the least, if you want a convenient vertical jump resource on your computer which you can access anywhere, you can give this book a try. As for results, it's still quite early to say for sure. I will follow the program religiously and report back.

Ragdoll Cat Secrets

I was surprised when I cam across this book since I know there is a scarcity of ragdoll-related material. I jumped at the opportunity as soon as I can and paid reasonably-cheap $17. I collect cat books in general and I have a couple of ragdoll-specific books as well. The information presented in this ebook, dare I say it, is a compilation of stuff I have read through the years. So yes, it presents factual information based on studies and research. For me, who basically has everything ragdoll-related, this book is useless. For someone who is new to the ragdoll world, this digital product can give you what you need to start. Also, in a very convenient digital format. I could say I wasted my $17 but it really is not that much considering the research they did to finalize this book. Anyway, it is useful and nice, just not for me.

Boxer Dog Secrets

Boxers are the only breed for me. As of this time, my family has owned a total of 5 boxers. The "secrets" presented here range from the really-obvious to makes sense. The "book" is on a PDF file format, resembling a Word document, and is far from digital books normally read through Kindles or tablets. I have to say, I enjoyed the dog recipe bonus more than the book itself. This may well be because we are all seasoned boxer owners. If you know nothing about this wonderful breed, then maybe this ebook is for you.

Astrology Seduction Secrets Revealed

Astrology and sex. This book is either very interesting or way too good in selling something that is completely made up. Up until this point I have not seen or read an honest review of the product, which is why this "review" is partly a plea. If you or someone you know has bought this ebook, please tell them to write a review. I have heard this astrology and sex thing before and I really am curious. I'm not interested in "banging" tons of women, I am just curious with the concepts. I am a student of astrology and it never ceases to amaze me. The fact that people claim to have linked it to sex and relationships is something I really, really need to know. Sorry if this review is not of help to anyone. Friends Into Lovers

I have to admit, I know how these digital product sales pages work—by enticing you like there's no tomorrow—but I have to say, the topic is really, really intriguing. If you are familiar with shows like The Pick-up Artist and Keys to the V.I.P., you'll at least have an idea that there really are people who analyze this shit—and yes, for a living! So to say the least, I bought the download. While I haven't tried the tips to a real woman (I don't even know if I have a target yet), the concepts sure are interesting. The tips are backed by why the author thinks such methods work. Some make sense while others seem impossible. I don't know. I am not a player and I was just so intrigued by the topic. (And yes, the sales page did help a little as well.)

What I liked about the product is that I now have a handy all-in-one resource for skin whitening in my computer. Gone are the days of searching and bookmarking, and getting lost with information overload. As simple as it may be, the product is a nice outline that discusses only the important parts. I could easily say stay away from the book if you do not want to be scammed, but the truth is, it is being sold for cheap. For that, it becomes quite worth it—even if it is just a simple compilation of readily-available information.

Pregnancy Without Pounds

I came across this book a month after I gave birth. I have to say, most of the information here are not secrets—I did them and they do work, particularly the one about stretch marks. What I liked about the book is that it's mommy-centered. I know for a fact that I looked for such (actual books) during my pregnancy and they are scarce. There are a considerable amount of information here that I did not know of. It must be that I am not from the U.S. and we have a totally different culture. I bought the book because I know I will be pregnant again—we want at least 3. Looking forward in a couple of years to apply what I've learned here.

The Magic Hundred

This might not be the right forum for this but I just borrowed this "package" from a friend of mine who was so "moved" by the motivation he received after completing the 100 days. Because I am not a paying customer, I was not able to receive emails. Either way, the text and the gist of the book and audio is a somewhat Robert Kiyosaki-like. Not to burst anyone's bubble but motivational material such as this are common today. To be honest, I guess I just liked that it was presented in a fashion that suits today's time—digital. I also like the unique and catchy "100 days" take. It does not really take 100 days but surely that is additional motivation.

Quantum Mind Power

Most of these so-called brainwave stimulation programs cost an arm and a leg so I jumped and investigated on Quantum Mind Power after I found out its relatively cheap price. I am both skeptical and weary of the whole technology being a scam but I really wanted to try it. After reading much positive reviews, I decided to give it a go. After a few weeks in, I realized all that was happening was that I was falling asleep to the subliminal tones. I thought it was not working on me since I did not have problems with sleeping in the first place to begin with. My peers then started noticing a general change in my attitude and performance. I swear to God I just continued doing what I did on a regular basis. I am a marketing manager for a known apparel line and I deal with people a whole lot. The compliments keep coming in and I am enjoying a lot. Will try to track my changes further but I guess it kind of works.

I saw this page prior to downloading and there were no reviews yet. Let me be the first one to tell you that yes, solar information is hard to come across in the internet. Actually, it's more like there's an abundance but you always land at something, someone or some company that's trying to sell you something. The honestly-free resources are at the very back of search engines. I did not have the patience to go through all of those.

I stumbled upon this because, like I said, people will try to sell you something if you search for "solar." The sales page is really impressive, well-written and enticing which is why I succumbed to buying it. I have to say, I am quite happy and satisfied losing my $48 because of the quick access. Solar books are available but you would have to wait a while for delivery, and you don't even know if its the right book for you. This "ebook" trend is convenient to say the least.

I am happy with the content and context of the material and how "just enough" information was written. I am on my way to building my generators over the weekend. Maybe by then I'll send another update on the outcome here.

Meal Plans 101

I was quite turned off by the price at first because $87 is no pocket change. I was afraid of being scammed. Or, at least, it being a scam in an overselling kind of way. I composed myself and found the guts to buy it, after all, there is a return policy. It is very easy to fall off diet plans because of calorie-guessing. People tend to over and underestimate their calories and in the end end up eating more. The calorie feature alone should make me buy this program again. And, trust me when I say it has virtually every kind of food known to man—dishes, snacks, and branded stuff alike.

This is exactly what I was looking for. I have to admit, the number of (real) bonsai books available for purchase are overwhelming. Check Amazon.com and see what I mean. It would be costly to purchase one of those only to find out that it was not what I needed. With the ebook format, I can simply download it, check the contents, and see if the material suits what I need. And guess what? It did. Actually, I am a newbie so this might not be for everyone. If you want to learn the correct and easy way, this is a good choice.

Veterinary Secrets Revealed

I have always been a pet lover and dogs are my favorite. I thought I knew how to properly take care of a dog—due to years of experience—but boy was my knowledge limited. VSR was lent to me by friend who chanced upon the book from some Facebook page. I read and and visited Andrew's blog. After he released the second edition I could not wait to get a copy from my friend so I purchased it immediately. Breakthrough Putting Secrets Revealed

You can get a lot of useful tips here and most can be vouched for by teaching professionals. The methods are not secrets and all of them were designed to make the ball roll better. A golfer needs very little impact to get the ball to roll properly. Too much will cause the ball to bounce around or skid. Anyway, this is just some of the things you could expect to learn from Scott. I have to say good job, good research and even more praise for presenting it in an easy-to-understand manner.

Avalanche Ski Training

What I really liked about the package, aside from the main program itself, are the bonuses. It was refreshing to see some books that were only semi-related to skiing fitness but was enjoyable as well. Being an avid skier means being naturally concerned about health and fitness and the books Mike Geary included are excellent.

The main program and workouts are unique and little did I realize how important which muscle groups help you most in skiing. Definitely worth the $47 tag.

Learning From the Legends Seminar

Let me start by saying that the total seminar is long. For that, I think I got my money's worth. I mean, before purchasing, I was not about to waste my precious money on an ebook 10 to 20 pages long. The product is more than a book actually, and as the title suggests, it is a seminar. Since personal coaching is hard to come across by, let alone expensive, you take what you can get. I have read a lot of track & field and I enjoyed the change from reading on paper to computers, and listening to audio files. I have to say this "seminar" is fairly affordable for the amount of content it presented.

Another thing. For actual books, might I suggest Bill Bowerman's Training program.

Basketball Scoring Secrets

I just purchased Basketball Scoring Secrets and I promised my friend to give an actual account of what I thought so here you go. I am a point guard for our high school team and I am only 6'2". I love basketball and I plan to make it my life. I get my hands on anything—videos, books, coaching—that can improve my game. Honestly, I have not heard of ebooks until I came across this site. Pretty high-tech I have to say. I enjoy having a copy of the "book" on my phone and just reading and reviewing anytime and anywhere I am free. This is a new experience for me. I don't think I can share much of the information (on the book) but I have to say it is enjoyable and true. It does not take a genius to tell whether basketball tips are going to work or not. With that said, I am not bothered by my purchase and I can easily recommend it to anyone.

I am very weary of purchasing ebooks as many of them are simple rewrites of what's already out there. However, Mr. Boone seems to know his craft very well. I do not know Mr. Boone but I can say for sure that he has photographed countless of models. The knowledge he presents cannot be read or taught but can only be formulated from years of experience.
